RUDE: worst customer service EVER! – I don't leave reviews, but this company was sooooo rude! I have never been talked to like that before by anyone. They threatened me and when I tried to tell them I was going to have to research the cancelled check from over a year ago they Just talked over me. I could not get a word in. I asked Mr. Gilbreath to let me speak and when he would not I told him only to contact me by Mail and that's how he would here from me. RUDE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE – A CSR NAMED DONNA CALLED ME ABOUT A BILL I OWE. SHE CALLED ME A "BI-CH" AND "WORTHLESS" AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR SHE HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK A MR. GILBREATH CLAIMED HE HEARD OUR CONVERSATION AND SHE NEVER SAID THOSE THINGS TO ME AND HE REFUSED TO PUT HIS SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE ALSO. I UNDERSTAND I OWE A BILL. I AM LIKE ALOT OF OTHER AMERICANS BUT TO TREAT ME LIKE I AM A WORTHLESS PERSON AND TO CALL ME THAT ISNT GONNA GET ME TO PAY THIS BILL ANY SOONER.
unprofessional collection agency – This collection agency has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Gene is very rude, and trys to twist around everything you say to make you sound dumb. He took out money out of my acc when i didnt tell him to. And threatened to take me to court right after i offered him a payment, and then he hung up on me. unprofessional!!
Rude/Horrible Customer Service – First off, I do not owe this company any money, my ex (of 6 years ago) does, why my number was issued to this monstrosity is beyond me.
