I cannot say enough good about Anne and her practice, Thumann Physical Therapy. I have only been for two visits so far and I already can feel the effects! The dry needling is honestly such an amazing technique and I’ve never felt almost instant pain relief. The space is clean, vibrant and inviting. Anne’s energy makes it impossible not to “feel good!” If you are looking for somewhere local to go that specializes in different techniques than the run of the mill PT exercises you should check this place out!

I have been fortunate enough to work with Anne in various settings. It started with some required physical therapy for an injury and eventually led to me exploring some of her other services offers such as BFR training and a metabolic breath analysis. Treatment is individualized to the patient; you never feel like you're getting a cookie cutter therapy program. Each session has been tailored to my needs and energy levels on that particular day and I can clearly see the improvements with the Blood Flow Restrictive Therapy. It's been a great addition to my training program. An incredible asset for Wayne County athletes.

Anne is amongst the best ANYwhere, and we’re lucky enough to have her in Honesdale! Did you know (I didn’t) that your doctor doesn’t have to “prescribe” physical therapy? He/she doesn’t! I’ve had a multitude of issues (neck pain and limited mobility... where my stress lives; hip popping, and painful shoulders from an injury in college) that I continually have to try to work around.
