Treatment is individualized to the patient; you never feel like you're getting a cookie cutter therapy program. Each session has been tailored to my needs and energy levels on that particular day and I can clearly see the improvements with the Blood Flow Restrictive Therapy. It's been a great addition to my training program. An incredible asset for Wayne County athletes.
Anne is amongst the best ANYwhere, and we’re lucky enough to have her in Honesdale! Did you know (I didn’t) that your doctor doesn’t have to “prescribe” physical therapy? He/she doesn’t! I’ve had a multitude of issues (neck pain and limited mobility... where my stress lives; hip popping, and painful shoulders from an injury in college) that I continually have to try to work around.
