I have been working with this company for about 10 yrs. to have my taxes done. The employees have been very helpful in getting my taxes, investments and other documents needed to file each years. I have been better organized and know what documents that I need prior to my appointment. The person who I work with does not just do simple tax returns. She has allot on her plate with everyday people, companies and staying up to date on the ever-changing tax laws. She is good, but don't expect miracles.
