My experience with Ila has been fantastic. I have had some longstanding neck and back injuries. In only two sessions I am already experiencing pain relief and I feel very hopeful that after a few more sessions I will be feeling even better! Ila is very knowledgeable about the human body and what to work on when things are not as they should be.
