Dr John and his team at Through Health are amazing! Not only is John knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, he is also well educated in nutrition and holistic health. Being an ongoing patient for about a year has been crucial to my health journey and integrating new knowledge along the way. Excellent care and an excellent community! Highly recommend. And don’t get me started on cold cowboy club! Do yourself a favor and try contrast therapy if you get a chance!!
