I was given Alex Renaud’s office phone number if I had any questions concerning paperwork received from the home office. The only other phone number given was to a fax. I spoke with Tina who told me to call the home office. When I told her the letter referred me to Alex if I had any questions, her reply was, “No they didn’t.” I said, “Yes, they did,” and I read the paragraph contained in the letter. Alex and Midwest Financial Group genuinely have their customers best interests at heart. In a recent conversation Alex suggested a product that he said, “provided no commission for them but it’s the best thing for my family.” We have been with them for nearly 10 years and have built an incredible amount of trust. My experience with Brandon at Thrivent Financial has been a true all encompassing experience to personal finance and investing. I am the type that is very aware of different types of investment strategies and keen on my own personal finances. Every time my wife and I meet with Brandon for a review I leave the meeting with information or perspective on things I have never considered before. I met Alex in 2018 during a visit I was asked to attend with my dad. I was so impressed by the method and knowledge that he shared. I felt like I was in school and took lots of notes! A few months later my dad fell and suffered a traumatic brain injury.
