Being a fairly active man on the wrong side of 40, everything seems to ache after exercise these days. For the past few years Lizzie at Thrive Massage Cornwall has been helping me to keep active. As a massage therapist who’s received a lot of poor massages over the years I don’t actually go for massages - however Lizzie is absolutely brilliant. I’ve had a few treatments from her now and am happy to say shes lovely, her massages are wonderful and I highly recommend her!
Lizzie demonstrates excellent knowledge and talks you through what’s she’s doing and what muscles etc she’s working on. Her sports massage is amazing - she is firm without causing any discomfort and she always gives me follow up stretches to do after my session. Highly recommended and I personally would not go anywhere else now - thank you Lizzie 🤩🤩
I have been coming to see Lizzie regularly and can highly recommend the services she provides. She is professional and knowledgeable and explains the problems areas you have and how to do simple strength exercises afterwards to help those muscles. She completes a full assessment before treatment and has massively reduced the pain in my neck & shoulders since visiting her. Thank you soooo much!!
