I have had a session today with Theo and everything felt really professional. When I got in, we discussed about my pains, issues. He presented me the possible reasons for my pains and what I can do to improve this. After that, we started the massage session and some of it was painful, but Theo explained before starting what he will be doing and that it may be painful.
