Ladies were great except the NP Lidia that takes your BP and medication chart. No sense of humor barely crack a smile. Kind of made me uncomfortable. Bad day maybe?
I was in town for a family emergency and was in dire need of an energy boost so my friends recommended Thrive. I also met Tucker who was so sweet and amazing! She told me about some of the services that could help me during such a stressful period. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and they had me in and out in no time! If I decide to move back I'm definitely getting a membership!
Walked in to a beautifully decorated and clean lobby, Ciera at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and professional. Got to the private room that was extremely clean with a comfy relaxing esthetic. Garnett was wonderful and knowledgeable, administered the IV and explained the procedure perfectly. Making sure I was comfortable and informed. Both ladies checked in a few times to ensure I was good. All around a wonderful experience, very efficient and flawless. Highly recommend!
