Victoria has been incredible helping me through shin splints. She’s been very supportive throughout the process, not only helping with treatment through needling and massage, but also giving me ongoing exercises to build strength and prevent the issue from continuing. The combination of hands-on treatment and consistent exercises has made such a difference to how my shin feels and my ability to keep training. I really appreciate the time and effort she has put into getting me back to running without pain.
