I cannot say enough good things about my sessions with Delaney after my second baby. I did not do any sort of pelvic floor therapy with my first baby and after our therapy together, I really wish I would have. Crista is the most phenomenal PT you will find in all of Bham! Would highly recommend her to ANYONE!! She’s super kind, patient, and will customize a plan to get you to back to functioning well and meeting all your goals!! Cannot say enough good things about her and the Thrive clinic!
I was really nervous about pelvic floor PT, but Thrive came heavily recommended from several friends who’d had good experiences and I’m so glad I moved forward with it. Leigh Ann was so kind and compassionate and I felt really safe in her care. She was a wealth of knowledge and I’m so grateful to have worked with her.
Thrive has been a lifesaver for my first pregnancy. I see Crista and she has been nothing but amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any and all questions. I feel more prepared for labor thanks to her. She has also addressed all of my hip and back pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone if you are need pelvic floor PT. So thankful to have her!
Thrive PT has completely changed my entire prenatal experience and helped me get ready to deliver my baby! I came in with significant sciatica, SI pain, and pubic symphysis pain and this has all essentially gone away over the course of the past 2-3 months. Due to a busy work schedule, I have worked with several therapists (Emily, Leigh Ann, Leah, and Darby) and every single one of them is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. I can not recommend this physical therapy group enough.
