I enjoyed walking several times a week but it became so painful in my hips that I had to quit walking for excercise. The doctor diagnosed gluteal tendonopathy and said it was just a part of the aging process and to "rest my hips." The discomfort got progressively worse. I decided to try physical therapy. I received dry needling, red light therapy and traditional physical therapy on an issue I had with my shoulder and saw quick and massive improvement. The therapist were friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and most importantly effective in getting the job done.
Everyone there from the staff to PT’s were great! Excellent treatment.
