The staff is friendly and personable. I love working with Kristina and Jess. Andrew is great to work with as well. He explains the connection of your anatomy to your injury They all make sure you are comfortable and safe during your session. They take the time to explain your exercise. They explain why you are feeling certain pains.
Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!
I’ve only attended one session so far but I’m looking forward to getting healthy
