My father stayed at Thrive of Fox Valley from February 27, 2026- March 23,2026 after cervical spine surgery. The care is terrible. Shortly after my dad’s arrival he contracted COVID from his roommate who was coughing his head off; the roommate eventually had to be hospitalized. Dad spent 10 days isolated in his room with 10 minutes of PT sporadically. Six hours would elapse and not one staff person checked on him when he was sick, I had to ask they check his vitals.
