I always feel so good after leaving Thrive. Lindsay listens to how I feel and what’s going on and then works accordingly. Highly recommend.

I had the BEST massage with Jenna! I suffer from bad tension headaches from grinding my teeth and have had many head/neck/shoulder deep tissue massages. Not only did Jenna nail every bad spot and work through the "demons in my neck", she was SO educational about everything. AND she was the first expert to ever suggest a MOUTH massage! Totally wild, and it absolutely helped. 10/10 recommend.
Jenna did a great job getting the swelling down in my foot, ankle, leg. I am walking so much easier now.
