I had a focused massage from Jenna that was fabulous. She really zeroed in on the problem area and worked on it to improve my range of motion and muscle tension.
I always feel so good after leaving Thrive. Lindsay listens to how I feel and what’s going on and then works accordingly. Highly recommend.
