I am impressed with the individualized care and the time allotted for appointments. Jena has time to provide manual therapy, personalized gym exercises and home exercises during my appointments. Her approach to my therapy has been enjoyable and educational.
Jena fixed me up much quicker than I ever expected. I was avoiding certain movements for years and after I was all squared away and back to 100%.
Jena is a wealth of information and did a thorough intake and assessment. I felt much better after my first appointment. Highly recommend her and Thrive HQ!
I have suffered for YEARS with shoulder issues. To say that Dr. Jena is a miracle worker is a rock solid statement! PT never worked before I started working with her! She evaluated me with very detailed examination of shoulders and worked on a plan that has worked wonders. For the first time in a decade I am pain-free! Dr. Jena's knowledge is vast and goes far beyond just doing PT for you; she is a wealth of information with all of the connectors that help you be your best self!
Greg was amazing to work with, his knowledge of injury and therapy was top notch. Highly recommend!
