I was on holiday from the UK in March 2026, and was suffering severe pain and reduced movement in my arm and shoulder. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with Sharon. She was so lovely and did loads of Bowen movements for me. In all the years I have had Bowen Therapy, I have never had it start working within 24-48 hours as much as 80% reduced pain. I felt amazing after! I need to find a Sharon in the UK! Thank you!!
I came to see Sharon after a neck injury that I wasn’t able to resolve and within the first session I had the most amazing relief. I have continued with Sharon receiving Bowen and BEST, usually a combination of both each session and I always feel leaving like a new person! I highly recommend Sharon she is always warm and welcoming and genuinely wants to see your health improve. Ongoing sessions for me are just like a tune up for my nervous system and body, thanks Sharon for being so amazing at what you do!
I can’t recommend Thrive Bowen Therapy and B.E.S.T highly enough! Sharon has helped me so much with my life long back problem and getting my knee back to its working best after reconstructive surgery.
