The moment I entered Thrive Acupuncture I felt the warm welcoming atmosphere. I had made an appointment due to neck pain and back muscle spasms. Dr.Ally Astle completed a very thorough assessment evaluation. My treatment included acupuncture and cupping, I felt immediate relief. I would recommend Dr. Ally Astle to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment.

I’ve had such a great experience at Thrive Acupuncture. I originally went to see Ally for acupuncture because I was dealing with stress and brain fog. I’m fairly sensitive to needling, but Ally made me feel really comfortable. Her technique was incredibly gentle and for the most part I didn’t even feel the needles. I've been seeing Ally regularly for close to two months now, in both community acupuncture and full treatment sessions, and I genuinely can't recommend her, and Thrive, enough! I originally came in with some uncomfortable hand and wrist pain, and after several treatments I've noticed a huge improvement. After hurting my back and being in a slight bit of despair of where to get help, a friend helped me get in touch with a masseuse, Keri, at Thrive Acupuncture. She was available on a Sunday evening, which was incredible. Keri was amazing. She did an assessment of what I needed and did a thorough job of massaging out many spots that I didn't realize were troubled areas. Keri was professional and really helped me out.
