I am 70 and have had lots of bodywork during the past 20 years - different kinds of massage, chiropractic adjustment, cranio-sacral therapy. Nothing has been as helpful and long-term curative as structural integration therapy. Caroline is really good at what she does. I trust her completely.
My session with Caroline was amazing! She made me feel right at home in her beautiful treatment room and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Everything felt wonderful and my body and nervous system felt so calm and relaxed during and after the treatment. Thank you!
I've worked with Caroline for the past couple years now and I love everything about the way she practices. Her experience as a structural integration therapist has really support my body in resolving long-term patterns.
