I have to give a huge shoutout to Emma Bruce at Thrills Co. Pacific Fair. Her customer service is honestly next level. I came into the store weeks after my last visit, and she immediately remembered my size and the exact pair of shorts I’d been looking at without me even saying a word. That kind of memory and attention to detail is so rare and seriously impressive.
