Just left Thrills at Pacific Fair with the two young guys working who were absolutely the best to fit my son in a pair of jeans and tee! They knew their products and fits to provide better options, and they were spot on!! Very professional and engaging team! Well done Thrills! (One was Dan!)
We came into Thrills on Thursday night while shopping for our older son’s birthday and had a really good experience. The staff member who helped us, Jimmy, stood out my husband recognized him straight away from AS Colour, where we used to shop regularly. I have to give a huge shoutout to Emma Bruce at Thrills Co. Pacific Fair. Her customer service is honestly next level. I came into the store weeks after my last visit, and she immediately remembered my size and the exact pair of shorts I’d been looking at without me even saying a word. That kind of memory and attention to detail is so rare and seriously impressive.
