We used them for a concert and communication leading up was fantastic. James knew how to navigate the traffic of the venue, the bus was clean and fun with great driving. Class act all around and very easy to work with. He definitely worked hard to make accommodations for the group and ensure that we had an enjoyable event.
This service was an awful experience. I wanted to get a party bus for my bridal party to use to take us to get photos taken after our ceremony. The person I was in contact with I believe naked James was horrible at responding the entire time we were in contact with each other. I made a deposit with all the exact details and he still had the times wrong and it’s started to seem fishy.
