I was SCARED when I read the reviews the night before my flight. I booked my car 1 month before my flight from Australia. I was seriously stressing at the thought of waiting hours for a car, after over 24 hours of travel. However, I had a seamless transaction. Literally zero wait time on October 15, 2025 around 6:30pm. Both women working the counter today, 11/26, could not be bothered to treat a single customer with support or service. Bad attitude, moving as slowly as possible, taking 40+ minutes for each customer. There were two customers before me in line and I waited over an hour to be seen. When finally seen, was told they see our reservation but don’t have a vehicle ready for us.
