Absolute WORST car rental experience EVER. I waited in line for 2.5 hours( mind you my flight was only 2 hours). There 1was only one customer service rep and she wanted to hold extensive personal conversations with each customer making the wait time even longer. NEVER AGAIN!!
Very long waiting line and only one receptionist, I will never rent from this place again
Terrible experience. Do not rent cars with this company especially through a third party. They would not rent the car to me because they claimed my credit card was a debit card. Then they threatened they would put a $500 hold on my card, and also run a credit check. This after I had already paid for the reservation via Expedia. This made me late for a very important meeting and I had to Uber to the meeting. DO NOT RENT FROM THRIFTY. They also have terrible customer service, and I spoke to two managers who could not help me. ... read more
