Doing business with this company for quite long time. Overall they are good. The team at the lehigh airport is polite and efficient, the vehicles are clean and run smooth.The team on line is sometimes strange and weird but polite. They get 5 start for the inefficient Artificial Intelligence

Needed to ask a question. A real person does not answer the phone. Got an AI person who could not understand what I was asking. Could not talk to a real person. Had to drive half an hour to ask a question and then a half an hour back home again

Had a confirmed, prepaid full-size rental for 2/11/26 at 6:30 PM at ABE. When I arrived, I was told there were ZERO cars available. An employee stated I had booked within 24 hours (not accurate and irrelevant since the reservation was confirmed and prepaid). I was also told Priceline doesn’t have accurate access to their inventory. I had to rent from another company last minute at a higher cost. A confirmed prepaid reservation should mean a car is available.

I had reservations saying I would arrive at 5pm and they were closed. No one bothered to notify me that I would need to pick a fifteenth location because they would be closed! Not very professional

Stick with a more reputable company and away from thrifty. This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever rented from. I rented a 12 person van online from Expedia 2 months in advance ( since the model has adequate trunk space for storage). When I arrived at the facility, they added $1000 dollars of fees on top of the Expedia price I agreed on.
