Had a confirmed, prepaid full-size rental for 2/11/26 at 6:30 PM at ABE. When I arrived, I was told there were ZERO cars available. An employee stated I had booked within 24 hours (not accurate and irrelevant since the reservation was confirmed and prepaid). I was also told Priceline doesn’t have accurate access to their inventory. I had to rent from another company last minute at a higher cost. A confirmed prepaid reservation should mean a car is available.

I had reservations saying I would arrive at 5pm and they were closed. No one bothered to notify me that I would need to pick a fifteenth location because they would be closed! Not very professional

Stick with a more reputable company and away from thrifty. This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever rented from. I rented a 12 person van online from Expedia 2 months in advance ( since the model has adequate trunk space for storage). When I arrived at the facility, they added $1000 dollars of fees on top of the Expedia price I agreed on. Place is a big rip off. Go to Budget or Avis. Thrifty ripped me off. Charged me for gas @ 10.99 a gallon when I filled up the car. Charged me for for a driver when they were listed as a driver and now trying to charge me for tolls when I had my EZ pass. Don’t rent here

I must say I’ve been renting cars here for over 5 months and Jocelyn had the best customer service I have ever seen here. She had patience and was quick to get me a car, which is never the case here!! This five stars goes to her. Finally this company has hired someone great and just just ok.
