We arrived in Kona in the warm part of the afternoon. When we departed the shuttle bus our car was waiting with the motor running and the A/C cooling the car. What service! The paperwork was inside the car, I didn't even have to go inside. Thanks Thrifty for Blue Chip Service.
I liked the fast service, and the speedy shuttle, didn't have to wait at all.
Excellent experience. They handled a necessary trade out of cars quickly and smoothly.
Both shuttle drivers were helpful and you could tell enjoyed their jobs. The girl that checked me into the car was very helpful and quick as well.
Bad traffic to airport
Car pefomed very well. However, the fleet Versa has no trunk security. Despite good efforts by location staff they were unable to provide a viable alternative without tripling cost. This limitation should be identified in ' Wild card' option.
