Excellent. Had nothing but great service.
It was very easy to walk from terminal to the car rental, being a Bluechip member made things very smooth.
I am a frequent flyer who rents from this location 2 to 3 times monthly. I continue to return because of the personalized professional services I receive from your service personnel. I was particularly grateful for Engred and her assistance during this latest visit.
The rental worked out great, however getting from the baggage claim to the new rental garage was a bit confusing.

Renting a car from thrifty was fast and easy. I made an online reservation right before takeoff and as soon as I landed everything was fast and ready to go. They had good car choices and checking out was a breeze. I will definitely rent from Thrifty again :)
