Unprofessional, made me wait the entire day for a removal service that was agreed upon for 12. No communication for being late I had to keep contacting to which I was asked to reschedule to the following day. Then said they would be there at 3pm. Called up and said 15 minutes away to which I explained I would appreciate communication, honesty and transparency moving forward. He then cancelled the job. No phone call. No text.
