I called Thrifty to ask about trading in or repairing an old broken office chair, and was encouraged to look into the warranty for my chair. Whoever picked up the phone took extra care in helping resolve my problem, and for that they will be my first destination the next time I buy a chair! Great customer service and good people.
Mike was very polite and helpful through the whole process of our trying to find the right office chair. He even let us take a floor model home to try out for a couple of weeks, just to make sure that my wife would be comfortable using it. There was no pressure from him at all, and he was sincere about wanting to make sure that we wound up getting the right chair for our needs. Thrifty Office Furniture is truly wonderful to work with. We had two very heavy fireproof filing cabinets delivered and Ronald and his crew were absolutely the best. They even moved the other very heavy full cabinet that we had so that we could fit the others in. Ronald is the main one I spoke with an he is a true representation of what customer service should be. Thank you so much!
