Absolutely ridiculous that they charge a $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE every time you pay over the phone! Aren't we all trying to go paperless?? Absolutely outrageous. My $40 payment became $50...thats a 25% fee for making the payment, on time, over the phone
This company is not very professional. The customer service associates have very little knowledge of their job and processes and the manager is not helpful at all. I have called them several times only to be given the wrong information. It's very frustrating when these insurance companies monopolize on consumers and dont allow any other viable options to maintain insurance. If I could, I send this company a big FU., for having no compassion and being a unprofessional burden on consumers in today's society.
