Used them because I needed car insurence on short notice, the number listed on Google and their website is disconnected, there isn't a customer service number or email I've found that actually works so I have now one to ask for clarification on the scheduled payment screwups that keep happening
Absolutely ridiculous that they charge a $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE every time you pay over the phone! Aren't we all trying to go paperless?? Absolutely outrageous. My $40 payment became $50...thats a 25% fee for making the payment, on time, over the phone
