This car rental company has been charging my account each for a rental I have returned. There is not a live person that I can speak with. Basically fill out a form and wait 3 to 7 business days for someone to get back to you. I picked up the car at the Akron/Canton airport in 10/25 and dropped it off on 10/27. They started to charge my card on 10/28 for $166 and 10/29 for $167. Mind you, I have paid for the rental. No one has gotten back to me in trying to fix this problem.
Son muy descarados cobran lo que no usa yo reservé por expedía y fui a la tienda y la señorita asesora me dijo que no tenían carros y le dije por qué y me dicen que no nada que hacer y le dije está bien y me cobraron 46 dólares por que lo fui a recoger el carro cuando yo mismo fui hasta la tienda que mal servicio
