I've rented cars from several companies and always brought my dog along without any issues. For the first time, I rented from this company, and before returning the car, I made sure to vacuum it. However, they charged me an extra $500 for what they said was a bit of dog hair. When I questioned them, they pointed to an agreement I had signed, but at no point was I informed that pets weren't allowed, nor was there any clear signage about it. Staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Had no issues with my pickup or drop-off and charges were as expected. I would have no reservation (pun?) going back again for a rental in the future. Thanks!
