I had a very smooth and pleasant rental experience at the Winnipeg East Oap location of Thrifty. The staff was professional and friendly, and the check‑in and pick‑up process was efficient. The car was clean and in good condition, and the return went without problems. Overall the service was consistent and reliable — just like every time I have used Thrifty. I highly recommend this location for anyone renting a car in Winnipeg.
By far the best rental experience I have had in Winnipeg. Pick-up, extension and return was very seamless. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. For me it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I would definitely recommend.
I visit Winnipeg multiple times a year, and I always rent a car from this location (they recently moved from 1111 Munroe Ave to this more spacious location on Regent). The staff is lovely, they're super friendly and accommodating. 5-stars across the board!
