What a nice airport. And Thrifty was equally impressive. Yolanda waited on my husband and I and was quick and friendly. We also called when we were coming back and the man who answered the phone at Thrifty was also helpful and nice.

I had a great experience with Thrifty. The vehicle was very easy to pick up. The staff was very nice. The vehicle was clean and neat. No hassles at all.
When I arrived, it initially seemed like the rental process would be easy. As a precaution, I took a video of the first car and noticed unreported damage that was not documented on the inspection sheet. Once I began driving, the vehicle pulled hard to the left. I provided the company with a video showing both the damage and the mechanical issue, and the car was taken out of service.
