Pick up and Dropoff for Thrifty in ILM airport was very smooth and convenient. Counter is right next to baggage claim and while there was a long walk out to the cars, the airport is going through some construction for upgrades to the airport and car rental spaces so I'm sure that will improve the experience when construction is done. Overall great and easy car rental!
