Rental process was very good. Price of rental was more than in the past.
Absolutely amazing experience! Customer service was fantastic and easy rental experience!! I had a rental car through another agency and it was a nightmare to try to get the rental extended. So I decided to forgo the old rental (and agency) and go with thrifty and wow. Awesome car, awesome customer service and way better pricing! Should have gone with them all along!
The people here were wonderful and the car was very clean and ready on time. Things went so smoothly.
