Typically use Enterprise, but decided to try something different. It was a good experience. The only thing I would change is not having to attach the slip of paper to the keys upon return. The info for the car should be on the fob.
Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly and helpful customer service. Clean car. Will definitely use Thrifty again when in Wilmington!
Reserved a compact size car and much to my surprise when I went to the stall to drive it off the lot I was given a FULL SIZE Ram pickup truck. It worked out OK but would have liked to have been given a heads up at the counter
The worst desk representation at Dollar Wilmington. They attempted a Bait N Switch I ordered a WILD CAR UPGRADE (Car) and was delivered a DODGE RAM 1500 Pick Up Truck. The Dollar rep stated that Dollar Considers RAM 1500 a Car and not a truck. Very difficult for us to jack ourselves up to gain access to cab. No running board. Is asked for a regular car (which their lot had many available) and they stated it would cost me additional $$$$.
