I walked in off the street. Great service, vehicle available - got a car straight out. I was not disappointed and happy with the vehicle. No issues or concerns to report
Do not use. Absolutely appalling service from Tracey, rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Charged $200+ for “extra KMS” because I had a 4wd. Was told a 4wd is “not a car” Ridiculous.
Absolutely beyond disappointed with the service. I booked a car weeks ago and specified that it had to be a Kia Carnival (my husband has a terminal illness and really wants to drive one for our family holiday before he passes). Other car rental places could not guarantee, but the lady I spoke to put a note on my booking to say that it must be. I called last week to confirm the booking and confirm that it would be a Kia Carnival - "We only have Kia Carnivals!" was the response. So imagine how irritated I felt to be told today... read more
I've been renting moving trucks from Thrifty for years. For example in 2020 I hired a truck for $132. I went to make a booking today for the same truck and was quoted $370. This once cheap and reliable company and is now out of touch and very expensive.
