Transmission died after less than 10km and they told us the exchange point would be in Toronto...stranded in Kitchener
Customer service was great. Vehicle size was what I expected and the price was great. I chose the option for prepaying for a full tank of gas which meant I didn't have to fill it before returning. It was the better option. Will use again.
Trash car rental. Even though you can book online, they might have no car for you.
Normally have good dealings with this company. This time around I arrived and they didn’t have the car I reserved. I had the option of waiting for a car or taking a larger car while I waited. Unfortunately all they had was a Dodge Durango hemi. This vehicle had insurance that cost double what I was meant to pay. They told me to pay it and they would refund the difference when I swapped cars out. I swapped cars the same day and they told me they would rerun the $500 difference when my rental ended.
