STAY AWAY! If you are a foreigner, stay away from this place. Extremely hostile and unprofessional employees. We were not given our car, without reason or refund. The employees did not try to help at all. We checked everything before arriving through the company we contracted only to find out that thrifty apparently completely changed their policies and refusing us (we had our license and cards) our car with no apparent reason. Never experienced anything like this before. Money lost, trip cancelled.
These people stole our sunglasses. Came back 5 minutes after I left them in the car and told "they were gone". These people are thieves and then all they'll do is respond to this review saying "visit our website" and contact us which just loops and brings you to a pointless form fill website. Would stay far away unless you want your personal belongings stolen.
We left a pair of sunglasses in our rental car. Was told 5 minutes after we left the car they were not there. 100% sure they were left in car in exact location. Their response is some link that does not work. Dishonest and careless group of people.
Left my Maui Jim sunglasses in the car. Went back 5 minutes later and was told they were not left in car per detail department. My fault but they were 100% left in front cup holder. Dishonest. **UPDATE - The link you sent is USELESS. Also, tried calling and just loops. Waste of time. Wish I could give this 0 stars.
I recently rented a car with Thrifty and was very satisfied with the experience from pick up to drop off. I would consider using them again and would recommend them to friends and family. The process was simple for me and I am a Senior.
