Started off we had a late flight to Orlando, we were next in line and then the lady sends us to another terminal to get our rental. When we get there the agent seemed friendly and offered us a "free upgrade" I had previously declined any insurance, but when I received the final bill it showed as if I had accepted it. The "upgrade" was scratched and broken counsel inside. Reached out to customer service and they were no help either, will not be doing any business with them.
I guess the app serves no purpose. I went to modify my pickup time to 9am, then went to pickup and the guy says “sorry I still got you for 10am”. Then I pre checked in on the app and told the representative and he says “that does nothing for us” then what the hell is the point of it. Just terrible customer service.
