CANCELLING PREPAID RESERVATION WITHOUT CONTAINING CUSTOMER AND GIVING UNFAIR EXCUSES AT PICKUP TIME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE & CONSIDER EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT. IT’S A WORST EXPERIENCE AND RUINED ENTIRE TRIP AFTER PREPLANNING & PRE-BOOKING. REPRESENTATIVE(JOE) WAS RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AGGRESSIVE AND LAUGHING AFTER PUTTING US IN SITUATION.
