My reservation was in Lithia Spring when I got to the location which is a Hertz they didn't have a vehicle for me. I called Thrifty the AI generated answering service could not help me. I finally got a live person and was told I could only make another reservation at a higher rate at a location pick 30 miles away. I travel to the Hertz location in Union City and they were professional and a vehicle for me. This was my 1st time using Thrifty and my last.
I reserved and paid for a standard-size SUV through a third-party booking. When I arrived, I was offered a compact SUV without being told that the standard-size vehicle I reserved was not available. The representative attempted to present the compact SUV as what I had ordered, and only after I showed written proof did she acknowledge that my reservation was for a larger vehicle.
