Check-in was extremely poor customer service - CAE airport. Went to check-in and there was no one at the Thrifty counter, however there was a sign that directed me to Hertz. The woman at the Hertz counter said to me, hurry up sir, I shouldn't even be accepting you because I'm leaving. I apologized, although I was on time for my pickup - I don't even know why I apologized, but I did. Her customer service skills continued to be be poor.
