I’m very disappointed with my recent rental experience. I reserved a full-sized car online, received a confirmation, and expected that vehicle to be available upon arrival. However, once I arrived, I was told there were no full-sized cars available. I was then forced to “upgrade” and pay an additional $175 on top of my quoted rate. If a company knows certain vehicle types are unavailable, that information should be accurately reflected online to prevent misleading customers. This practice feels like false advertising. I wasn't sure what type of star to give, because I didn't go through with the rental. After finding out they were affiliated with Hertz I was too afraid to rent the car. The customer service girl said she had not heard of any scandle with Hertz, so I googled and showed her about the law suit settlement case they are in for having over 100 people falsely arrested for not returning the cars when they did. This location extremely unprofessional should be shut down. Went to pick up online reservation for 9am on 8/31/2024. Got at location at 830am and was not seen by an associate until 1015am. Once seen was told they did not accept my credit card which was not posted on the online reservation I had. I checked in online with my credit card had no issues. Missed out on out of town work opportunity because they gave false information and denied my rental. I reiterate should shut this location down
