Booked online vehicle was not available they said and they increase my daily fee $13 said I was able to wait till five till they got other vehicles in but they didn’t have anything and I told him I booked it. 3 o’clock came in before three they did not have it already upgraded me charged me $13 each day. Vehicle was dirty inside and out. He did not want to make any exceptions due to them at fault, I will not use them again. Very rude male who assisted
