Didn't use service. Needed credit card. Thrifty Hertz Dollar car rental all in one place though.
If I could leave no stars I would. Hertz gave me a compact SuV even though I paid for a full size. The vehicle needed to be exchanged 2 hours into leaving. I paid in advanced and then still had to pay another $180 when I picked up the vehicle so the price was a lie. And when you try to reach out for help it is all automated and no help is available
