Bad business! Had a reservation for 830am. They told me I wouldn’t be able to get a car until noon. Then said they had an Altima (different car than my reservation) if I came at 8:30 for my scheduled pickup time. I asked if there would be any more options if I waited until 11, I was told yes. Arrive at 11 and the Altima is suddenly unavailable and the only car is an Electric Kia. I reluctantly have to accept & am told I can exchange it later on in the day. The cars are neat and location was clean. The employees were nice and tried their best to make a situation better, but after this rental car, I will not be using Thrify ever again. Beware! You will reserve a car online and get to the location to find that car doesn't exist. This happened to others that came in also. Forcing people to get cars they didn't come to get or they are forced to pay upgrade price. This should not be in issue in 2026. The website should be able to pair with the inventory.
