The cars are neat and location was clean. The employees were nice and tried their best to make a situation better, but after this rental car, I will not be using Thrify ever again. Beware! You will reserve a car online and get to the location to find that car doesn't exist. This happened to others that came in also. Forcing people to get cars they didn't come to get or they are forced to pay upgrade price. This should not be in issue in 2026. The website should be able to pair with the inventory.
