I was at 8001 Hertz Dr, in Estero. The people there are rude and provide poor customer service. I rented a car, but they tried to force me to accept a lower-value vehicle instead. They want you to prepay so you can save - but then they overbook, don't have a car for you and make you jump through hoops for your return. There are several other rental car companies, do yourself a favor and avoid this one
