Reserved a car a few days in advance for 8 am pickup Monday morning. At 7:40 am, 20 minutes before my pickup time, when I was already on my way there(!!!) they called to tell me they don’t have a car for me. Left me completely high and dry when I was on a travel time crunch. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card.

I booked a rental for a week and go be returned on Memorial Day and was never informed that the store was closed that day and couldn’t be returned but I returned the car at the right time and place but still got a late fee for two days even though the car was in the parking lot bc they couldn’t get the key out of the car even though they could I still got charged for 2 days of late fees. Reserved a car but because I didn’t arrive at 10:30 they rented it out without calling or anything. The British woman at the front desk laughed at me and essentially said “sorry”. The entire interaction was gross and bereft of any kind of customer service.

Una estrella porque es un dolor de cabeza el comunicarse con ellos, rente un carro en mi viaje a Florida y me hiceron doble cargo por la misma renta, y no he podido resolver para un reembolso.Ni expedia a podido resolver.
