The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable when it came to foreign driver's licenses. They insisted that I needed an international driver's license to rent one of their vehicles. After I "googled" it to prove them wrong, they finally gave me the rental.
Worst Hertz location in Durham.
There are not many places to rent a car in Durham, but this location always has helped me out in a pinch. Prices are competitive and vehicles are clean, and gassed up.
