Very poor service. Awful staff who were incredibly rude and shouted at me when I asked simple questions about the terms and conditions. Avoid this branch.
We hired the car here to go to the great ocean road. We suddenly gor a warning in the middle of the trip that the battery of the car keys was low. There was no manual key. We drove to another rental office and they did not have any batteries. We had to stop the trip, drive to a supermarket, buy the key and pay for it ourselves. When we returned the car we told them about it and they said they could not do anything to refund me. I was not expecting that service.
