Very quick and professional
Had a reservation and have been waiting 2 hours... ridiculous.
Do not rent from them!! Thank God I took a video of when I returned the vehicle and recorded me literally dropping the keys into the drop box. I returned this vehicle 2 hours before I was suppose to and there was not 1 worker there to help me. Thrifty had charged my credit card almost $2400 for a rental that was only $241. They claim I never returned it and once I told them I have a video of me returning it… then they said I actually parked it in the wrong spot and they don’t know where to find it.
