Scammers. Avoid at all costs. I waited a week to see if Thrifty would address my complaint before posting here. They charged our card for damages we did not incur while the vehicle was in our possession. I parked the undamaged car in their lot on a Saturday afternoon. No one was staffing the office. Fantastic customer service from both of the girls behind the counter! The car was exceptionally clean, and the return process was super convenient considering I returned outside of normal business hours.
