DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HERTZ/THRIFTY!!!! They are pursuing damages from us that were there when we picked it up! Because we didn’t purchase their astronomical extra insurance, we have to fight it. Also, older lady with blonde hair working the front desk was extremely rude. We were able to reserve the car months in advance with my debit card. When we went the pick up, we couldn’t pick up without a major credit card. Horrid - DO NOT RELY on Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty NATIONAL policies and procedures, as this franchisee uses THEIR OWN policies and procedures (Overland West will euphemistically refer to these franchise-specific policies as "Protecting our assets"). I left a couple of knee braces in the back of the rental I returned. I didn't realize it until after they were closed. I called first thing in the morning, they said they would call me back when they found them. They called me back and held onto them for several days until I could pick them up. I thought that was considerate and the price of the truck I rented was fair.
