DO NOT book with this company mostly in this location!! I was contacted by PurCo Fleet Services regarding a damage claim from a Thrifty rental in Rapid City, SD. Was not very happy with the overall experience with this car rental. No front or back plates made it challenging to venture out as many pay to park areas need a license plate number. The car only had a title of application which was not helpful and no numbers. I wouldn’t recommend or ask for different car with plates before you leave leave.
Rude and denied service Enterprise was very helpful
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HERTZ/THRIFTY!!!! They are pursuing damages from us that were there when we picked it up! Because we didn’t purchase their astronomical extra insurance, we have to fight it. Also, older lady with blonde hair working the front desk was extremely rude. We were able to reserve the car months in advance with my debit card. When we went the pick up, we couldn’t pick up without a major credit card.
